What is the MG Affinity Scheme?
The MG Affinity Scheme gives eligible people connected to approved organisations access to savings on a new MG.
There is no single fixed discount. Your saving depends on your chosen model and the current scheme offer. Invicta MG can help you check eligibility, compare Affinity with the available retail offer and arrange a test drive.
Who can use MG Affinity?
Your organisation and personal circumstances matter. These are common routes into the scheme; the current partner terms determine eligibility.
Employees of approved partners
Examples on MG’s partner list include NHS, police, fire and rescue, Armed Forces, and local or central government staff.
The employee route requires current, permanent, direct employment with a qualifying partner.
Qualifying pension recipients
Retirees receiving a pension from an approved partner may qualify. The team can help you check the evidence needed.
For veterans, eligibility depends on qualifying employment or pension circumstances, rather than veteran status alone.
Approved club members
Selected organisations include the MG Car Club, MG Owners Club and Royal Yachting Association.
Individual membership conditions apply. The MG Car Club currently requires at least three months’ membership.
Immediate family
Immediate family of qualifying employees and pension-drawing retirees may also be eligible under the portal’s scheme rules.
Ask us to confirm the relationship and the relevant partner’s requirements before making plans.
If you’re a former employee, or your circumstances don’t fit the categories above, ask us to check the current partner terms. Contracted, self-employed, temporary and volunteer staff are excluded under MG’s published portal rules.

Register on the official MG Affinity portal and prepare your UK driving licence and supporting evidence. The document guide below explains what to bring.

We’ll check your evidence, compare your quotations, arrange a test drive and guide you through your order.
What documents will I need?
- Employed applicants
- A valid UK driving licence and a payslip less than 30 days old showing direct, permanent employment with the approved partner.
- Pension recipients
- A valid UK driving licence, proof of partner pension entitlement and proof of ongoing pension receipt. A P60 alone does not establish that payments are continuing.
- Approved club members
- A valid UK driving licence and current approved membership evidence, together with any partner-specific requirements.
NHS IDs, general staff IDs, Blue Light Cards and Defence Discount Cards are not accepted as proof of Affinity entitlement. Ask your dealership how to present your supporting documents.

Can NHS staff use the MG Affinity Scheme?
NHS staff are included in MG’s published partner list. Eligibility still depends on the scheme’s employment and proof requirements. Your employing organisation must be covered, and current employees need to show direct, permanent employment.
Can my family benefit from MG Affinity?
The MG Affinity portal includes immediate family members of qualifying employees and pension-drawing retirees. Ask your dealership to check the relationship, partner conditions and documents needed for your application.
Does a Blue Light Card or Defence Discount Card qualify me?
A Blue Light Card or Defence Discount Card does not establish MG Affinity eligibility. You may qualify separately through an approved employer or pension, but must meet the relevant scheme rules and provide the required evidence.
Is MG Affinity available on used cars?
MG Affinity is a scheme for new MG vehicles. It does not apply to used vehicles. Our teams can help you compare a new MG Affinity quote with other vehicles if you are still considering your options.
Can I combine Affinity with another MG finance offer?
MG states that Affinity savings cannot be combined with its existing retail finance offers. Ask the team to compare the complete Affinity and retail quotations, including any applicable finance terms and campaign conditions.
Which MG models are included?
MG currently lists its new-car range within Affinity, excluding the MG Cyberster. The offer, eligible version and availability must be confirmed at the time of your enquiry. Images on this page illustrate the range and do not confirm a particular vehicle’s eligibility or stock status.
Do I need to register before contacting Invicta MG?
