Why choose Crosstrek?
Crosstrek is easier to manage in town and on narrow lanes while retaining the ground clearance and all-wheel-drive system expected of a Subaru. It is the natural fit for couples, smaller families or owners whose outdoor equipment fits the 315-litre luggage area.
Why choose Forester?
Forester’s boxier body makes its extra length work hard. The 508-litre boot is 193 litres larger with the seats raised, and the broad opening suits dogs, pushchairs and bulky outdoor kit. Its higher 1,870kg maximum braked towing figure can also be decisive for an eligible trailer or caravan.
What both provide
Permanent Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive sends power through all four wheels rather than waiting for a driver to select it. X-Mode adapts the powertrain and control systems for low-grip surfaces, but no system overrides tyre grip, depth limits or safe driving. Both also carry a five-star Euro NCAP rating and Subaru EyeSight assistance.
