OMODA & JAECOO have reached a major milestone in the UK, surpassing 100,000 vehicle sales in less than two years since entering the market.

The achievement highlights the rapid growth of both brands and their growing presence among UK drivers. Together, OMODA & JAECOO now hold almost 5.7% of the UK automotive market, while their retailer network has expanded to more than 144 locations nationwide.

For two brands that were new to British drivers in 2024 and 2025, it has been a remarkably quick rise.

Two models at the heart of the growth

The JAECOO 7 and OMODA 5 have made the largest individual contributions to the milestone, with strong demand from retail drivers.

The JAECOO 7 has played a significant role in the brands' success, with more than 53,000 registrations since it went on sale in February 2025.

It has been a regular fixture in the UK's top 10 best-selling cars since September 2025. Retail customers account for 66% of registrations, while the flagship JAECOO 7 SHS-P plug-in hybrid accounts for 75% of customer choices.

OMODA 5

The OMODA 5 launched in the UK in August 2024 and has made a significant contribution to the brands' growth, recording more than 36,500 sales.

Retail customers account for 71% of sales. The range has continued to expand and now gives drivers a choice of petrol, SHS-H pure hybrid and fully electric power.
