What has changed this week?

JAECOO’s 8 September announcement, also covering OMODA, introduces a dedicated RAC case team at Walsall. It will coordinate recovery, parts, repair progress and communication when a vehicle cannot be repaired at the roadside.

Selected approved warranty and recall work can also be carried out at home or work by RAC Mobile Mechanics.

Why the detail matters

Support that fits around your day

A car is woven into the week: getting to work, collecting family and keeping appointments. Clear updates and knowing who is coordinating the next step can make a difference when plans are interrupted.

When arranging work, ask who your point of contact will be and when you should expect an update. Have your registration and service information to hand so the team can look at the details of your car.

Two different parts of ownership

Roadside assistance and warranty

JAECOO roadside assistance gives owners a point of contact when a vehicle needs help. The manufacturer says RAC assistance can be renewed through qualifying servicing within its authorised network, up to the programme’s seven-year limit. Cover terms apply.

The JAECOO new-car warranty is separate. Its headline cover is seven years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first; high-voltage batteries have their own eight-year, 100,000-mile policy, subject to terms.

For a new owner, it is worth keeping the roadside contact details with the car’s service information. When you collect your JAECOO, ask the team to show you where to find both, and how the servicing schedule relates to ongoing assistance.

From a first visit to ongoing care

Your local Invicta team

If you already drive a JAECOO, our servicing team can help you plan scheduled maintenance and direct you to the relevant ownership information.

If you are choosing your next SUV, explore the current JAECOO range and ask about the support that comes with the version you like. A test drive is a good time to discuss the full ownership picture, alongside the cabin and equipment.

Your questions answered

What warranty comes with a new JAECOO?

The headline vehicle warranty is seven years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first. Battery cover has separate terms. Check the JAECOO warranty policy for the details.

Where can I arrange a JAECOO service?

Contact your local dealership or start with Invicta JAECOO servicing. The team can confirm the schedule for your model and help arrange a booking.

Is roadside assistance the same as the warranty?

No. Roadside assistance helps when the car needs support; the warranty concerns eligible defects and repairs under its policy. Each has its own terms.

How can I check my JAECOO roadside cover?

Use the official roadside assistance page and your vehicle documents, or contact your Invicta JAECOO team with the car’s registration and service details.
